How it works

  • We have a 30-minute Discovery Call to see if we are a good fit.

  • We do a Business Audit: Your Operations Review to get a clear picture of where your business is right now… urgent fires to be put out, and a plan for the next 90 days.

  • We agree on a start date for our ongoing working relationship on a Retainer basis, sign contracts and set up monthly payments.

What you get…

  • Planning (at start followed by every 90 days)
  • Initial clean up and ‘putting out fires’
  • Establishing solid systems / SOPs
  • Daily management of team and tasks
  • Tracking progress and metrics

Investment: starts from £2,200 (approx $2,800) for 10 hours week / 40 hours month
